 Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policy

All claims must be made within 30 days from the day you placed your purchase.

Sale items are final sale, meaning they are neither exchangeable nor returnable. The following items are final sale items, and by the nature of the item they cannot be returned: intimates and underwear (including socks), beauty products, jewelry, accessories.

Exchanges:

Sale items are FINAL SALE, meaning they are not refundable nor exchangeable for different styles.Exchanges must be unworn with original tag, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and receipt of the purchase is required. No exceptions.

Exchanges are limited to one time per item.

Restocking fee may apply according to the item.

Please allow us at least 14 days for exchange shipment and processing. 

Orders shipped to other countries (except Canada and Puerto Rico) are considered final sale.

If you would like to exchange the item you purchased for another size or color we are happy to exchange it if we have it in stock. In order to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size and return the original back to us. We will ship your new order right away. Once your return has been received and processed at our inventory, we will reimburse you for the return according to your indicated choice of a refund, plus the original order shipping.

Returns:

The reason we are unable to issue a refund is because we are committed to providing you with quality fashion pieces at the deepest discount possible. To do so, we are mindful of other costs such as returns processing. Additionally, because we’re refreshing our inventory daily to offer you a constantly new selection, we’re unable to receive or re-stock some returned items in our inventory. This means we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for some items.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please fill out the Return and Exchange Form when sending back or contact us by phone.

The customer is responsible for paying shipment of returned item(s) unless we have made a mistake in our end.

Vicky Victoria is not responsible for shipments processed through third parties that get lost or stolen, nor is Shop Vicky Victoria responsible for mistaken addresses provided.

International shipping rates:

Colombia $35 for purchases of less than $200 for purchases of $200 or more, add 16% of purchase for tax fees.
Venezuela $15 small package $29 large package.
Dominican Republic $29.
Panama $35.
Ecuador $35.
